1. Service Description
Sentinel Security Agent ("Sentinel," "we," "us") provides an automated smart contract security analysis engine (the "Service"). The Service identifies potential vulnerabilities in smart contract source code through static analysis, pattern matching, and optional AI-assisted review. The Service is available via REST API, web dashboard, desktop application, and command-line interface.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Service, you ("User," "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Use of the Service also constitutes acceptance of our Privacy Policy.

4.1 Your Code
You retain all intellectual property rights to any source code you submit for audit. Sentinel does not claim any ownership, license, or rights over your submitted code or the audit results generated from it.
4.2 Our Service
The Sentinel engine, detection rules, analysis algorithms, and associated software are proprietary and licensed under the Business Source License 1.1 (BSL 1.1). See the LICENSE file for full terms. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the detection logic of the Service.
5. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

7. Payments and Refunds
7.1 Pricing
The Service offers tiered pricing as displayed on the web dashboard and API documentation. Prices are denominated in USDC, ETH, or BNB and are subject to change with 30 days notice.

Payments are verified on-chain via block explorer APIs. The required number of block confirmations varies by chain (typically 12 for Ethereum/Base, 15 for BSC). Each transaction hash can only be used to unlock one audit.
8. Rate Limits and Fair Use
9. Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance when possible. We are not liable for downtime or service interruptions.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sentinel, its officers, and contributors from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
11. Modification of Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via API changelog or dashboard notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your API keys will be revoked and any stored audit history will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy retention schedule.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction — to be determined upon incorporation]. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of [Jurisdiction].
14. Severability
